If you are using the 17³Ô¹Ï TCAD Sentaurus product on the Microsoft Windows platform please read this letter carefully.

Due to the decline in the demand of the Windows platform for TCAD Sentaurus, the 17³Ô¹Ï TCAD Sentaurus products release A-2007.12, was the final shipping release for this platform. Subsequent new releases will no longer support the Microsoft Windows platform.

TCAD Sentaurus PCM Studio and TCAD Sentaurus Lithography products will continue to support the Microsoft Windows platform.

By providing you with this notice, we hope to help minimize your inconvenience in implementing this change. If you are affected by this change, 17³Ô¹Ï is available to assist you in the migration of your 17³Ô¹Ï products to another supported compute platform.
