Erika Varga McEnroe is the senior vice president and deputy general counsel at 17³Ô¹Ï. She and her team are responsible for corporate legal matters, including corporate governance, ethics and compliance, securities and mergers and acquisitions, as well as leading the company¡¯s Environmental, Social, and Governance program. She holds a J.D. degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
