Jason Sheplak has amassed a broad range of technical expertise (20+ years in Aerospace/Defense and Commercial), spanning from Silicon Processing to the Design, Verification, and Implementation of Digital ASICs. He is a currently a member of the DSP/FEC Group of EFFECT Photonics (Cleveland, OH), where he serves as the Group¡¯s Technical Lead for ¡°all things related to Digital ASIC Implementation (RTL->GDS)¡±. He is also responsible for the Group¡¯s CAD Infrastructure, where he leverages his years of first-hand experiences to identify, deploy and manage the EDA HW/SW environment for the EFFECT ASIC Team. He holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Engineering Management.

Varun Shah is on the product management team for 17³Ô¹Ï Cloud. He is responsible for product engineering and product roadmaps. Prior to joining the cloud team, Varun was an application engineer supporting verification software for over 10 years. Varun holds a master's degree in Electrical engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla and is a certified Product Management professional from the Kellogg School of Management.
